Is Tenant Clicks suitable for PG and hostel management?
Yes! Tenant Clicks is built for all types of rental properties — apartments, PGs, hostels, and commercial spaces. You can configure floors, rooms, and rent individually.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes. Tenants can pay via UPI QR code (shown in the app) or Cashfree payment gateway (credit/debit/net banking). Receipts are auto-generated.
How many properties can I manage?
It depends on your plan. Starter supports 1 property, Growth supports 5, and Enterprise is unlimited. You can upgrade anytime from the dashboard.
Is tenant data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted, stored on secure servers, and access is role-based. Tenant documents (Aadhaar, PAN) are stored privately and never shared.
Can I add managers to help manage properties?
Yes. On Growth and Enterprise plans, you can add property managers who get their own login and can manage day-to-day operations on your behalf.
