How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

I have a billing issue. What should I do?

Email billing@nivarax.in with your transaction ID, registered email, and description of the issue. We respond within 5–7 business days.

My tenant's rent payment failed but amount was deducted. What now?

This is handled by Cashfree's auto-reversal within 5–7 business days. If not resolved, email us at support@nivarax.in with the Cashfree order ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your owner dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is NivaraX available on iOS?

Currently, the NivaraX mobile app is available for Android. iOS support is on our roadmap. Property owners can use the full web dashboard on any browser.

Can I migrate data from my existing system?

Yes. Contact us at support@nivarax.in and we'll assist with data migration from spreadsheets or other systems.
