1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid to NivaraX are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy. By subscribing to NivaraX, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Free Trial
NivaraX offers a free trial period for new accounts. No payment is collected during the trial. If you decide not to continue after the trial, simply do not subscribe — no cancellation or refund request is needed.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain full access to your subscription plan until the end of the paid period.
- After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Double charge: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Charge after cancellation: If your account was charged after a confirmed cancellation request.
- Service unavailability: If NivaraX was inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault during a paid period, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued.
- 7-day new subscriber window: First-time subscribers who have not accessed the platform (zero logins after payment) may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees for periods already consumed (partial month/year)
- Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
- Unused features or services within the subscription
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after 7 days from the first payment
6. Tenant Rent Payments
Rent payments made by tenants through the NivaraX app (via UPI or Cashfree) are financial transactions between the tenant and the property owner. NivaraX is only the platform facilitating the payment. Refunds for rent payments must be arranged directly between the tenant and property owner.
In case of a failed payment where money was deducted but not credited, Cashfree's dispute resolution process applies. Contact support@nivarax.in with the transaction reference for assistance.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@nivarax.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of payment
We will review your request within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback (dispute with your bank/card issuer) without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
